[Mgs] Removing throttle shafts from SU carbs.

At least one of the shafts is leaking. I was able to show this by
spraying brake cleaner on the shaft at the point that it goes in to
the carb.

So my plan is to see if new shafts are sufficient to fix the leak. If
not, I will have to send the carbs off for new bushings.
