[Mgs] Removing throttle shafts from SU carbs.

Worn throttle shafts will have steps in them which will prevent them
from just sliding out. tapping or wiggling them will get them moved to
an unworn area where they will just slide out of the carburetter bodies.

The seal around the throttle shaft is critical to the proper functioning
of the carb. If the throttle shafts have any slop in them, air will leak
in, which makes it difficult to properly set the mixture, and sync the
carbs.

You'll need to replace the throttle shafts if they're worn. You may also
need to replace the bushings in the throttle body. There are companies
that will replace the bushings, then ream them to the proper diameters.
Joe Curto comes to mind, but there are others.

Cheers,
Dave Ambrose
