[Mgs] Synthetic oil

I confess, after years of using Shell Rotella for the ZDDP, when I switched to Red Line 20w50 I didn’t even give the ZDDP a second thought. I will also admit to measurably less oil consumption with the Red Line. No unusual wear yet!

Mobil1 15w50 also has the recommended zinc level for older engines. Just that one weight is specifically designed for flat tappet engines (you can look it up on their applications sheet). And it is intended as a street oil, not racing oil.

I started using it in my MGB about 5 years ago.
