[Mgs] MGB Mk1 roadster seat belts

I mounted the Kangol non-inertia reel belts from a 69(?)B in my 67 B.
The only issue I had was the mounting holes were not very clean and the
mounting bolts for the shoulder belts didn't want to go in easily.
I would suggest you run a tap through the holes before mounting.
