[Mgs] regulator?

Yes, I did mean voltage stabilizer, not regulator. I replaced it years back
and I seemed to remember that those were the symptoms. In fact, I think I
have an extra around here. Seems I also remember it affected something else
in addition to the fuel and temp gauges?
