[Mgs] stromberg tuning/repair?

Alas, it was not exempt in 1985, when i brought it into the Nutmeg State, or
for another decade.
BTW, by the time of its  last emissions test, something/somethings had changed
sufficiently so that it would pass without all the efforts.

Why did you go through all that?  Looks to me that your '75 B is exempt.
