[Mgs] MGA Spare Tire Cover Installation

The interior carpet cover for the spare tire should attach and seal
all the way around the opening in the bulkhead. Or at the very
least, for functionality, it must be fastened at top and bottom
(perhaps not at the sides). The first time you stow the spare tire
in the boot you will appreciate why the interior cover needs to be
securely fastened to the bulkhead.

This is a rare occurrence if a Clarke Spares part is incorrect. Are
you sure it doesn't have a flange at the bottom that can be fastened
to the bulkhead? A picture would be nice.
