[Mgs] CD: Restoring and Maintaining an MGA

Just in case this has been keeping anyone up at night, the mystery 
has been solved.  The CD's were distributed by members of the 
Enthusiasts BBS, back in 2003.  The CD was the work of Bob Welch, aka 
"Bob from England."
