That just means it has oil in it.  If a B Engine does not leave it's mark it
is out of oil.

 Five years ago i rebuilt the engine in my 74B. Today I moved it to where i
could tinker with it and found a couple of oil spots
on the floor. I  thought  i had done everything perfect.
