[Mgs] MGA spin-on oil filter

Ever since reading the "oil filter study" of many years ago I have been 
using the Mobil 1 M1-209, or if you prefer the shorter version, M1-206.  
Of course, I'm assuming you have the same adapter as I do that puts the 
filter below the housing rather than above.
