[Mgs] Engine I.D.

I have two engines I'm trying to I.D. the year of. One has three piston
rings,the other has four. I believe their both early seventies. The number
plate is missing on both. They were both bored .20, tanked. and shotpiened at
a local mechine shop and the fellow I got them from didn,t take the plates off
or write the numbers down before he had it done.
