[Mgs] Rocker shims

If the #8 valve has receeded into the head, or a valve job was done and the
machine shop ground seats/valve too much, you will wind up with the problem
you are experiencing.
Have you measured the installed height of the valve springs to make sure you
don't have a protruding valve?
