[Mgs] Rocker shims

I just had this problem on my MGA, although I was recovering from a 
catastrophic failure.  If it is too loose, look carefully to see if the 
rocker arm is bent.  Mine didn't look obvious unless held immediately 
next to a good one.  I don't know why it bent (it was not on the 
cylinder that dropped the valve) but it certainly was bent.
