[Mgs] Fuel Pump Replacement - Now Blockage?

Ok, been a while but found some time today to finish the replacement of the fuel pump in the '76 B. It buzzes away
merrily but after 5 minutes, doesn't seem to push any fuel into the fuel filter. So now I am thinking that I also have a
blockage somewhere in the line. What's the best way to diagnose this?

I replaced a non-OEM points-type pump with a generic electric pump. It provides 3.5 PSI pressure, so that should not 
be the issue.
