[Mgs] heritage Vrs. "budget" floor pans

Greetings O list. 
I think I've seen the question before, asking the difference between the two floor pans offered for the 70 MGB. 
bolts for the heritage pan to attach the seats and muffler, none in the "budget" floor pan. 
Just checking to see in anyone has personal experience with them. 


Pan needed for drivers side, North America car,1970 MGB.
