[Mgs] 74 B stalls on right hand corners

My '78 used to do the same thing whenever I went around rotaries
(roundabouts, if you prefer). Problem went away when I replaced the
distributor cap and leads.

Got the B back with its new engine - hooray! Unfortunately, it's just in
time for summer to end here in Holland.
