   It varies by dealer.  Some gouge and some do not.  When I ordered my 
'04 Prius in late '03, there was a 6 month waiting list.  I told them 
that if they jacked up the price when the car came in, they could stick 
it.  The sales people told me it would never happen because the owner 
wouldn't allow it.  They stuck to the deal.
