Depending on what you are doing, if you have an oil cooler it can make sense
to lift the radiator and oil cooler out as one.  But if you have the
underslung cooler it is easier to leave the surround in and just remove the
radiator rather than fight with the oil connections on the cooler as well as
the engine.
