[Mgs] Rear brake locked

   I had that happen with a clutch hose, clutch stayed disengaged.  I 
neglected to write that I drove the B after the troubleshooting and 
adjustment, the brakes worked normally.  So I don't think the prob is 
hydraulic, so far.
