[Mgs] Rear brake locked

Had this myself a couple of years ago, after fifteen years without any 
problem.  Couldn't find anything wrong, but slacking off the adjuster one 
notch stopped it happening, and this year when servicing the brakes and 
adjusting as I always had done before again no problem.
