[Mgs] Weber downdraft again

Exactly the same thing happened with my Lotus Europa. 
I've been rebuilding carbs for years but still
couldn't make that old DGV perform.  I suspect damage
or blockage that I just couldn't get to - even with a
long soak in carb cleaner!
