[Mgs] convertible top frame/hoodsticks

The trim panel, which means removal of all the bolts that side at least. 
Several of mine had stripped and torn loose when I restored it.  The deep 
nuts used on the 1/4-light assembly are at least twice as long and the same 
thread and I reckoned they would resist stripping better.  Rather than weld 
them back onto the body I welded them into a triangular plate which I then 
held to the body with a small central screw.  It's true that until at least 
one of the frame bolts is tight it pivots about a bit, but when all three 
are tight it isn't going anywhere, and has been secure for 17 years now.
