[Mgb-v8] [Mgs] Only of interest to MGB GT bods

Naturally I am now going to check the shocks. But what puzzles me is
that I have had new rear springs, and front springs fitted my the
local MG specialist and surely he would have done the shock nuts
????? The other thing is that the noise is random over bumps - but
ah! that make sense because the shock fastening "eyes" could be in
different positions - thus different clunks. Actually they are not
clunks - rather like loose wooden floor board clunk (Maybe I am
driving a Morgan !)

Incidentally the new springs have transformed my belly scraping (over
sleeping policeman) ride with teeth gritting pain to a smooth upsurge
ride complete with 5mph grin - and she still corners like a go-cart.
