[Mg-t] Cheap one jaw steering wheel puller

They say necessity is the mother of invention. I found that my 12LC model
ViseGrip could span the distance from the front to the rear of my
stubbornly-stuck-on steering wheel hub. With the nut on the end of the shaft
threads and a piece of wood over the nut, the vise grip was able to pop the
steering wheel right off.
