[Mg-mmm] Luvax rear shocks

Hi Guys.,
Quiet on the MMM chat lines, so here is a question.  I have taken the rear
Luvax shcks apart for KN0389. Look like new inside. I just need to install
new shaft seals.
Question is, what grade of oil is recommended for the shocks? I see TA rear
shocks in Blower says "Shock absorber fluid ". I intend to try Motorcycle
#20 or #25 fork oil.

1972 MMM Yearbook Luvax article says #80 gear oil, seems quite thick for the
small ports in the shocks?

Unless somebody has a better suggestion.

Surprisingly the Luvax shocks came apart quite easilyy after I made a tool
to unscrew the rear cover.

KN0389 is proceeding, two steps forward, one back.
