[Mg-mmm] NB history

I'm trying to find out something about the history of my car N 0858. So far  
I've run into dead ends. The only lead I haven't followed up is a receipt I  
found with some parts. The receipt was from Barry Walker to G. Hall dated in 
the  80's.The address for MR. Hall was 122 Little Oaks Road, Encinitas,Ca. 
Anyone  heard of or know Mr. Hall?
