Nah, Jack, while what you say may be true and probably is, the real 
problem is "dynamic similitude". In order to compare those speeds with 
those of the big cars than the ration of M L /T for each vehicle have to 
be the same.  Same reason that wind tunnel model have to go faster to 
achieve the same results as a big model...
