[Land-speed] Inspection

Niel,
We had our car inspected at El Mirage the day before race day. It worked 
wonderful for
us, the inspectors took plenty of time. Four different inspectors 
including Miler Mike. They
found no problems but had three excellent suggestions that we 
implemented the next week.

It was a pleasant _cheap_ trip worth every minute and cent.
