[Land-speed] Inspection

Niel,
     It has been done often. Show up, put the car in the tech line, tell the 
inspectors what you want to do.  At El Mirage no new cars are inspected on 
race day morning and it would be polite if you didn't take up time and space 
on the first two days at Speedweek.
