[Land-speed] A-arm and other bushings

A million years ago I used steel bushings with zerks on the upper A-arms of
my roadracing 'vette (the non-loaded arms; i.e., the ones that didn't carry
the spring load, FWIW). Worked fine, no issues. I would think on a
vehicle that you don't really care about ride and doesn't get a lot of miles
on it that solid steel would work fine.
