[Land-speed] NHRA Product Recall

I think SCTA should ask NHRA what their problem with Impact is. SCTA does 
not use the same rules as NHRA ( thank God ) but it might be interesting to 
find out why NHRA did what it did.  Just my 2 cents from sunny big ditch.
