[Land-speed] Quick Release Helmet Restraints

Mayf, I'm going to just wait and see what the rule book says. Then figure 
out what the thinking is before I make up my mind what the best for my car. 
With every car being at least a little different (thank goodness) each 
vehicle should be looked at as to what is best and safest for that driver.
