[Land-speed] Classifying the Sunbeam

MP puts it as I remember it. The LSA referance I made from the 90's rulebooks was used but I do not know where the classifications came from. Teagues numbers are there. I thoght FIA didn't care what your body shape was just CC's.  Thanks MP
