[Land-speed] Drilling teeny holes...

Of course if I want to do precision location small holes I have a 0 to 1/8 
Jacobs chuck with a cylindrical shank that is ground true to the chuck jaws. 
I put this chuck in a collet in my mill. The average drill press has too 
much slop in the spindle for drilling with really small drills.
