[Land-speed] Street Rod VIN

[David in Durango]

In Colorado the dmv will stamp a vin into anything without one.  No go 
otherwise.

The only other thing I know?  God help you if the VIN on the car doesn't 
match the VIN on the title.
(1973 car sold w/ wrong vin LETTERS)
