[Land-speed] Tires OEM H Rated

A friend is building an E or F Diesel truck. It will only go about 130 
mph.  He asked me about tires. Book says OEM H rated.  OK, I have never 
run street tires at Bonneville or El Mirage so I'm asking anyone out 
there  that runs a small  car or truck what tires do you like?  I know 
he will like the cost a whole lot better than the frontrunners.
