[Land-speed] non lsr nerf bars

As I recall they were used on the sides of midgets and sprints to keep the 
wheels from getting into the side of the cars, on hot rods I think I have 
seen a couple of hundred different designs, front, rear and sides. Think I 
will google and see what they say.
