[Healeys] OD switch

Note the kickdown can be used to, uh, kick down. Say you're following
slow traffic in top/OD, and you see a chance to pass coming up; you
throw the dash switch and when it's clear you stomp on the accelerator
pedal, the O/D will disengage and you're in a lower gear to pass.
Doesn't work great--I usually drop a gear too--but it's doable. Note
older cars with automatics usually have them, rigged to the throttle
linkage.

Triumphs, and others, also have a beefier accumulator for faster
engagement (a mod sold by DWM and others).
