[Healeys] Rear shroud rivets

The rivets along the rear lip of the shroud are not too difficult. I use
modified Vicegrips.
The ones along the bottom edge of the boot lid opening are a little more
difficult.
I made this special tool from a tie rod end separator. It does a great job.
