[Healeys] Concours Question 6 cylinder Oil filler cap

Attached is a photo (albeit very poor) from HBJ8/43026 showing the filler
cap. I'll leave it to those with better eyes than mine but this appears to
be the former (not the latter) shown in the original email.

Hopefully Steve Byers sees this thread and has better information than I.
