[Healeys] massive oil leak

Are you sure it is engine oil and not gear oil?

Given the leak is high in volume and started suddenly I would suggest these
are the suspects in order.

Oil gallery plug has come loose.
The Gasket at the rear of the camshaft has failed.
The main rear bearing.

I attached a picture of the rear of the block without the back plate.
