[Healeys] PBR brake servo

Hi Stephen -

I believe the "diaphragm collar" undscrews from the "push rod".  There
should be a hole in the pushrod shaft somewhere, where you can place a
small diameter screwdriver or punch then hold the pushrod still while you
unscrew the diaphragm collar.

I could be wrong but I think that's how it is done on the PBR.  On the
Delphi/Lockheed unit you peel back the diaphragm and theres a metal sleeve
that you pull out... works very different to the PBR.
