[Healeys] Rivet squeezer

[Michael Salter]

 Regarding riveting the rear shroud to the rail at the bottom of the boot
aperture.
 Had a couple of recommendations but no solution.
After some serious consideration I  sacrificed a steering joint separator.
Problem solved.
