Bob asked: "Is there a need for one for the Toyota 5 speed conversions?
----------------------------------------
Yes.

I took a different route and created a small door in the vertical panel
extension I fabbed along with a new transmission cover after installing a
5-speed in my 100. By removing a couple of screws I can remove the door
which gives me easy access to bleed the secondary cylinder from inside the
car.

Bleeding might not be as easy as an extension as it does require working in
a hunched over position from within the passenger footwell but at the time
I thought it was an "elegant" solution. Of course, I did this twenty years
ago when I was a lot more limber and were I to do the conversion at this
point of my life I would definitely opt for an extension.
