By removing a couple of screws I can remove the door which gives me easy access to bleed the secondary cylinder from inside the car. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="color:#3333ff"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="color:#3333ff">Bleeding might not be as easy as an extension as it does require working in a hunched over position from within the passenger footwell but at the time I thought it was an "elegant" solution.
