[Healeys] Gas Tanks

If it hasn't been mentioned before, Moyer in easter PA (if you're in the
states) has a great way to extend the life of a tank.
I think it was ~$300. My TR7 tank had this done, it'll outlast the rest of
the car, I'd wager.
