[Healeys] Gas Tanks

 Alan   Moss wants $900 for their cheap steel replacement tank, but that's what a local gas tank repair place wants to clean, repair, line and pressure test a gas tank. I don't know which way to go.Ray

All I can say is the steel tanks rust.  Not much you can do about it.  On to my third in my BJ8.  Etching and sealing the tank is an option, but alot of work and significant risk to mess it up.
The cheap moss tank is a permanent fix, and looks and fits beautifully
