[Healeys] BN1/2 Windscreen to body seal

OK, here are two PDFs that represent the instructions that came with the
rubber seal bought from British Car Specialist. I followed these
instructions to the letter. Maybe buying the seal from David made the
difference too, but it worked. In addition I went to Home Depot and
purchased a Wagner Furno 300 heat gun and used it on the high setting to
heat and stretch the rubber at the ends to get the desired result you see
in the picture. The instructions saved my dumba** from trying to slide the
seal in from one side. The instructions show a much easier way that one
person can accomplish on their own without help. The stretching and
heating of the ends of the seal are much easier with an extra set of hands
to hold the windscreen assembly while the other person does the heating and
stretching. Good luck with yours. No financial interest, just a very
satisfied customer.
