[Healeys] BN2 screw in the center of the dash

I neglected to mention the screw is backed-up with a large, extra thick
flat washer (because of the large hole in the bracket). It's unique
because it's as thick as a couple of typical flat washers and /might--/I
don't recall for sure--be tapped for the screw.
