[Healeys] Fan belt tension

Bob not on my BJ8 at least.  (Older and tireder engine with less than top compression probably.)  I do sometimes use the fan belt/rad fan to rotate the engine however.  It requires pressing to make extra tension on the belt.Keith

With a properly tightened fan belt, should one be able to rotate the water pump pulley by pulling on a fan blade? 3000 6 cylinder.
